At Alps Home Improvements, we are pleased to be able to offer you a selection of both UPVC and Aluminium doors.
With a selection of different doors available, whether it’s a standard back door or a set of french doors, we have something for you. All come A rated, double glazed as standard and will only be fitted by a qualified installer.
We are able to offer threshold options to suit all purposes such as wheelchair access (Part-M) through to full height UPVC for those who prefer an equal seal line all the way round.
All doors come with a 10 year insurance backed guarantee and come with a Certass certificate.
Our Aluminium doors are available in any RAL colour. The selection of UPVC doors come in standard white and also a selection of colours and wood grains. All are available in a variety of styles, please take a look below at some of the options available.

Simple, Classic.
The standard full glazed and half glazed options are our most popular choice for back door design. A fully glazed door will maximise the light allowed into the room, whilst a half glazed will still draw lots of light in but retain some privacy.
Choose from our range of colours and grains in UPVC or try something different and unique with a RAL colour of your choice in aluminium.
Multiple options are available on all of our doors including various frame finishes, different handle options and a large selection of glazing styles.

The Original.
This is the original design when it comes to upvc front door. Although no longer as popular as its composite rival, these doors are still a great option.
With a great variety of different styles and glass designs, these are a great choice for those on a budget. Each door fully matches any grain colour too. You can be safe in the knowledge that if your frames are all rosewood, your door panel will be too!

The beautiful French door certainly is a fashionable option.
French doors allow for an aperture to fully open up, or simply be used as a single traffic door. Over the years more and more people have changed from the sliding patio door to the French door to overcome the limited opening size.
These are usually full height glass, but can be designed with midrails and panels if you desire.

The Space Conscious.
The sliding patio is a door that has stayed strong for a long time.
The design allows this door to be used in various different locations such as balconies without encroaching on the available space. Still quite common as large opening back doors when prefered over French doors.
These doors are available in the standard 2 pane, where one slides and one is fixed, and also in multiple moving pane designs. The beauty of these doors is that they can be made in aluminium with very narrow framework therefore maximising the glass area.
Again you have a vast choice of finishes and handle colours to really make them your own.
